This intensive 4-week course, portfolio, and ongoing assessment will enable candidates to enter into an Experienced Worker Qualification course, which is a key gateway to being able to apply for your Domestic Electrician Gold Card & joining a Competent Person Scheme (CPS).

Applicants must be 16 or over.
Course Structure & Assesment method
This course contains a mixture of portfolio, classroom, and home learning. When required, candidates are expected to attend our Kilmarnock or Kirkintilloch centres for theory & practical learning, between 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Candidates are assessed through work performance activities in simulated realistic work environments and written assessments, as well as portfolio work.
